Colab4Food - Collaborative Laboratory for Innovation in the Agri-Food Industry is a private non-profit association that aims to promote Innovation and Development (R&D) and the transfer of knowledge and technology in the agri-food sector through close collaboration between academic and business.
With constant cooperation with its associates, it intends to contribute significantly to the increase of competitiveness of the sector by acting in the development of new products, ingredients or formulations and in more sustainable and transversal technologies for the food industry.
Colab4Food also intends to promote circular economy and food sustainability with a focus on the valorization of by-products, reduction of food waste and stimulation of new business models.
